Denise Green teaches a workshop

Bring Denise to Your Guild or Shop

Denise offers a variety of lecture and workshop topics that are perfect for quilt guild meetings and events. Through many years of making quilts, teaching quiltmaking and machine quilting, and offering longarm quilting services, Denise has gathered a wealth of quiltmaking knowledge and ideas to share and many beautiful quilts to show in her lectures.

in 2000, Denise started working on her first Judy Niemeyer quilt and has been an avid fan ever since. All this experience in designing quilts based on Judy's patterns and using her foundation piecing techniques gives Denise many tips, tricks and hints to share with others. She now specializes in teaching Judy Niemeyer patterns and techniques.

Contact Denise at 830-875-5432 or via our Contact Form for more information. Or simply send Denise an email at her email address shown in the sidebar.

Judy Niemeyer Certified Instructor logo

Denise is a great choice for teaching Judy Niemeyer pattern workshops for your guild or quilt shop because she is certified to teach so many Judy Niemeyer patterns. In order to become certified, she has personally constructed each of the quilts listed in the Judy Niemeyer Pattern Certifications section below and she is constantly working on new certifications.

Denise Green demonstrates paper piecing

Denise is available for 1, 2 and 3 day workshops for quilt guilds and quilt shops. She can teach a workshop on any of the patterns listed above in the Judy Niemeyer Teaching Certifications. However, she already has quite a few workshop topics organized into convenient 1, 2, and 3 day categories. The 1 day workshops allow students to get started learning paper piecing techniques and typically have multiple pattern options, so students can choose how large a project they want. The 2 and 3 day workshops provide time for students to really practice what they are learning and get further along on their project with Denise to guide them.

Visit the 1 Day Workshops, 2 Day Workshops and 3 Day Workshops pages for more information about the Judy Niemeyer patterns taught in each workshop.

Denise recently started offering her own retreats centered around creating Judy Niemeyer patterns. Visit our Retreats page to find out about Upcoming 2015 Retreats.
