Our teachers invest a lot of time and $ in their class samples; handouts and presentation for a class. We try to be very flexible BUT last minute cancellations affect the entire class. IF you are unable to attend a class AND you give at least 48 hours notice we will apply your class fee to the next time we teach the class. IF we cancel a class for any reason we will refund your class fee in full.
Upcoming Classes, Events and Fun!
January 9th & 10th- BLOCK OF THE MONTH Starts! Optional meeting with door prizes is at 10:00 am on Friday the 9th! BOM Information and SignUp!
January 31st, – is our FIRST U-Pick-It Collage class of the year! These are always lots of fun! No sewing machine and NO SEAM RIPPER!!! U-Pick-It Collage Click the link to see photos and more information under “related files”. This class is full! Our next collage class is May 9th
February 6 & 7 – Month 2 BLOCK OF THE MONTH! Be sure you have made your January block and bring it with you to pick up your February kit.
February 7th – Intermediate Free Motion Machine Quilting! Prerequisite previously taken our beginner class or permission from Denise or Rhonda. Sign Me Up to build my skills!
February 12th – BIG TOTE! Pre-Class! – Louann is offering this class from 9:00 – noon for those that are new to the ByAnnie’ patterns to have a better understanding of the prep work for the actual class. From quilting your fabric to getting all of your pieces cut and ready to assemble. (actual class dates to assemble the BIG TOTE are February 26 & 27 9-4).

February 13, 14, 15 – is SEWCATION with NEW Friends. We have started a new group for sewcation. It’s like a retreat but you sleep in your own bed. $99 gets you 3 full days of sewing and learning lots of new stuff. You work on whatever you want but the great staff at HollyDee Quilts are available to help you with your projects. Sewcation with NEW friends link!
February 18 & March 11 – One Block Wonder with Louann – We must let you know that we are just tickled pink that Louann teaches this class for us! She has won awards for her One Block Wonders made with panels and her sense of design for placement of your hexagons is top-notch. You may have seen her Tiger at Houston Quilt Festival! This is a 2 part class!

February 19, 20, 21 FULL Paper-Piecing SEWCATION – we work on our Judy Niemeyer projects and Denise is available the entire time to help you! Spots fill up fast so don’t delay! Currently full – but let us know if you want to be on the waiting list as there may be a cancellation or two.
February 25th – Walk About Tote – Our most popular bag/tote class. Great for beginners. With just a little bit of pre-class homework you will go home with a finished bag! WooHoo!
